We grew tired of seeing sad shriveled mushrooms, or even worse moldy ones at our local grocery stores and decided to do something about it. We deliver same day as harvest strait to your door as long as you are in the immediate Moses Lake area. If you aren't we offer a convenient pickup in town so that the mushrooms you get are always super fresh and of the highest quality.

The world of mushrooms is massive and there are so many different cultivars to explore both as delicious edibles and for their medicinal and nutritional benefits. Being as we are huge mushroom nerds we cultivate a ton of different varietes (currently over 25) and are always adding more with the hope that we can find a mushroom for everyone.

We don't compromise on quality or sustainability. We grow our mushrooms on oak hardwoods that were bound for compost and soy hulls which are a agricultural waste product. These inputs make for better tasting mushrooms than the more commonly used straw base. It may cost more to produce, but we think the additional depth of flavor is worth it.
